This project consisted of research joined with creative thinking to ascertain the goal of finding cellular services for a proposed Tiger Phone implemented athwart campus.
Our project methodology was to rank different best practices based on information gathered from students, faculty, and staff.
We conducted several interviews with FHSU faculty and staff to determine which 3G/4G services interested them the most.
Existing campus services should be bundled into one Tiger Phone that allows for mobile on-demand access to FHSU services. A new range of services are made possible by a 3G handset, which will improve upon older Tiger Card services.
A cellular handset is a “High Touch” device that uses technology to develop personal relationships between people on campus.
